Who is responsible?

What we collect

Your email address and choice of client, provider or both. Providers and people choosing both also describe what they offer. This short form does not ask for a name, phone number, address, company name or category preferences. Earlier registrations may include a name, business name, area or selected interests. We record your launch-email consent wording, version and time, registration time, and any campaign tags in the link you use.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, identity documents, payment details or information about other people in the free-text field.

Why we use it

We use these details to organise the launch waitlist, understand client and provider interest, and email you about the PCO Deals launch, based on the consent you give. This is not permission for unrelated marketing or for third-party providers to contact you.

We use security measures to protect the form and prevent abuse. These include a bot check and limited request-rate information, used for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. When supported by our host, an IP address is converted into a keyed, one-way digest for short-lived rate limiting rather than stored as a raw address in our waitlist database.

Who receives the information?

Authorised PCO Deals operators can view the waitlist. Our hosting and database suppliers process information needed to run it. The supplied setup stores registrations in our remote PostgreSQL database and uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. We do not publish your registration or share the waitlist with vehicle or service providers.

Unsplash photography and Google Fonts may load through their services, which receive the technical information needed to deliver those resources. We do not include advertising pixels or optional analytics in this waitlist page. Any hosting, database or support transfers outside the UK must be covered by the operator’s approved supplier arrangements and appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We review the list after launch and remove information when it is no longer needed. Our launch-registration retention target is no more than 12 months unless you have separately agreed to an ongoing relationship. Short-lived rate-limit records are removed through scheduled maintenance. We may retain a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so that we can respect your preference.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe, request access or correction, or ask for deletion by emailing hello@pcodeals.co.uk. Use the address you registered with; we may need to verify the request. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. There is no automated eligibility decision or scoring of your registration.

Joining is not a listing or purchase

The waitlist does not reserve a vehicle, publish an offer, verify a provider, approve any regulated activity, or enter you into a paid agreement. Provider descriptions are expressions of interest only.
